Each quarter we offer our IDS5 System Administrator Training Course at our corporate headquarters in the metropolitan Atlanta area. We designed this program specifically for existing IDS5 locations with personnel who have had some experience with the IDS5 system.

A comprehensive, four-day class that covers all aspects of IDS5 database development, this course gives system administrators the background, knowledge and skills to effectively create, customize, maintain and manage the IDS5 database. They will learn to how to use the capabilities and features of the system in the best possible way for your facility.

The course also provides the opportunity for participants to interact with colleagues from other geographical locations, generating an invaluable cross-flow of database-building ideas from different organizations.

This program is also recommended if your facility has purchased add-on workstations for an existing IDS5 system, has experienced turnover, or has a need to increase its System Administrator knowledge base.
