In-house IDS5 System Administrator/Refresher & Upgrade Training Course

Systems Atlanta's in-house IDS5 training course is designed specifically for:

System Administrators at existing IDS5 locations that have some experience with the system.
New System Administrators at facilities with established databases but have not had formal training.
System Administrators previously trained but in need of refresher training.
System Administrators who receive a version upgrade & need training on new features.

Past attendees have included new and assistant system administrators, existing system administrators requiring refresher training, personnel from organizations that have purchased add-on workstations for an existing IDS5, etc. If you have had a turn-over of personnel or need to plus up your system administrator knowledge base this is the course you want your personnel to attend.

NOTE: This course is not a replacement to the on-site System Administrator training course that is conducted during initial system installation. Please contact Systems Atlanta if you are unsure whether this course will meet your needs.

Additionally, Systems Atlanta’s in-house courses offer tremendous opportunities for system administrators to network and share ideas/practices/lessons learned. Networking in mind, we ask that you bring a copy of your database. Administrators will have an opportunity to see how other facilities are utilizing their systems. The cross flow of database building ideas from different organizations will ultimately make your location’s IDS5 a more robust system.

All classes begin on a Tuesday morning and end Friday afternoon. Class hours are 0800-1630.
