AFAS is a program of the Air Force’s Global Air Traffic Systems Group (GATSG), Network Centric Operations/Integration Systems Wing, Hanscom AFB, MA. The program is sponsored by the Air Force Flight Standards Agency (AFFSA), Andrews AFB, MD.

Systems Atlanta is providing its state of the art IDS5 Software for AFAS Systems in USAF ATC Facilities. There will be more than 500 AFAS workstations worldwide including 54 sites co-located with FAA facilities.
